Green superfood smoothie
1 young green Thai coconut, water and flesh
½ bunch organic kale or spinach, washed, trimmed
1 organic green apple, quartered, seeded
½ cup organic mint leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon vanilla rice protein powder
1 teaspoon mesquite powder
1 teaspoon E3LIve micro green algae
1. Open the young coconut carefully with a cleaver. Strain the water through a sieve and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
2. Place coconut flesh and coconut in a Vitamix RawBlend together with green leaves, apple, mint, protein powder, mesquite and E3Live.
3. Blend at full speed until velvety smooth. Serve immediately.
